1. Application

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services (“Services”) provided by CRAai (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Users (“you”) shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Registration for the Services is complete when you apply by the designated method and we approve such application. We may decline registration if we determine that the applicant has provided false information, has previously violated these Terms, or for other reasons we deem appropriate.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the location of our head office.
